Senior Health Insurance Counseling Program (SHICP) is available to individuals free of charge at any time. Calling INTEGRIS Third Age Life Center will put you in touch with a knowledgeable counselor who can assist you with decision making.  Also, seminars and workshops are offered throughout the year on various insurance topics.
