Who said exercise can’t be fun? Obviously, he or she has never attended a line dancing class at INTEGRIS Third Age Life Center! 
 
A line dancing class is just what you need to add more fun to your every move. Smiles and laughter abound as men, women, and occasionally children, gather for an hour of activity. Classes are ongoing and participants can join at any time. There is no charge for this class.
