Healthy Heart Walkers' Club

The Healthy Heart Walkers’ Club at INTEGRIS Third Age Life Center is designed to provide our community with a structured walking and health education program. The large hallway access areas, located at INTEGRIS Southwest Medical Center and INTEGRIS Baptist Medical Center provide a safe, convenient and comfortable walking environment. Health care professionals are nearby should you ever need their assistance.

A monthly meeting features various speakers presenting information on topics about health and wellness and an array of other topics of interest to seniors. Blood pressure and other health screens are provided to keep you aware of your own health status.

A one-time nominal membership fee of $5 is assessed. Membership includes a Healthy Heart  Walkers T-shirt, monthly meeting, health screenings, educational programs, and other special events throughout the year.

Meetings are held the third Wednesday of each month at:
