Shea Samara, M.D., joined INTEGRIS Baptist Medical Center in 2008. He serves as an associate kidney transplant surgeon for the Nazih Zuhdi Transplant Institute.

Dr. Samara is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine and completed an internship in General Surgery and a residency in Urology at the University of Oklahoma. He received his undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences from Southern Methodist University. 

While a resident at the University of Oklahoma, Dr. Samara was honored as a winner of the resident essay competition for the South Central Section of the American Urological Association for basic science research in prostate cancer. Dr. Samara has served on the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine’s graduate medical education advisory board and also as a member of the admissions committee for the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine.
