Home Care is a great way for you to continue your medical treatment right at home. We will set you up with an agency who will be able to care for you or your loved one on a short term treatment plan. |

What can I expect from Home Health Services?

To be treated with dignity and respect |

To be contacted within 24 hours after discharge |

A nurse to be on call 24 hours a day |

To be an active participant in your plan of care, informed of progress and notified when skilled visits will be terminated at least two days prior to the end of service. | |
