Women on Weights
Transform & Define


Women on Weights is a six week exercise program designed to teach women how to properly strengthen and tone their bodies. Weight machines and various types of equipment will be used throughout the duration of the program.

Participants will receive:

  • a pedometer
  • 12 group personal training sessions
  • workout plans
  • coupons for services at INTEGRIS PACER Fitness Center
  • fitness and nutritional tips and journals
  • a goodie bag 
  • a WOW T-shirt.

 New session starts Sept. 2, 2008. 
Registration begins Aug. 9, 2008. 
Cost is $295.
PACER members and non-members are eligible to participate.
