Changing Your Weighs
Changing Your Weighs – is a comprehensive program aimed at helping you re-think your approach to weight loss. By focusing on three important elements – nutrition, activity and behavior modification – Changing You Weighs helps you restructure your attitude and your lifestyle for permanent weight loss. While the main focus of the program is weight reduction, equal emphasis is placed on total wellness. Changing Your Weighs is an eight-week course. Each weekly session lasts approximately two hours. The first hour is dedicated to nutrition-the second to exercise.A registered and licensed dietitian and an exercise specialist conduct each session. They will assist you in setting reasonable and realistic goals for your weight loss.

Two fitness evaluations (pre/post)
Eight nutrition education classes
Weekly monitoring (food records)
Eight exercise education classes
