Arthritis Exercise Class - The Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program is designed specifically for people with arthritis that uses gentle activities to help increase joint flexibility and range of motion to help maintain muscle strength.
‘DARE TO CARE’ BASIC BEGINNER YOGA with Pat Lynn Moses is for persons affected by cancer and is designed for those with little or no Yoga experience. The class utilizes the practice of quiet, gentle postures, with a focus upon breath work, and relaxing the mind and body into the basic postures. We also learn correct body posture and alignment that will affect how we sit, stand and move about in our daily lives. This class will help you stay healthy in mind, body and spirit.
Participants must bring their own yoga mat to classes.
‘DARE to CARE’ FITNESS is designed as a restorative class for all cancer survivors, cancer patients and anyone affected by cancer. The class emphasizes restoration of mobility, flexibility, balance and strength. Dare to Care is very low impact and will use bands, balls and basic movement. |
