Better Backs, Pilates, Yoga, TAI CHI, Core, Strength

Better Backs

Learn correct posture, body alignment, breathing, abdominal strengthening and stretching. Exercise balls and straps may be used.

Yoga

Mind and body connect through a series of basic yoga positions and breathing techniques. Focus is placed on strength, balance, concentration, flexibility and relaxation techniques.

Pilates

A form of movement, based on the work of Joseph Pilate, that strengthens and stretches core muscles to improve posture.

Better Backs, Yoga and Pilates classes are included in the fitness center membership.
