All Classes

INTEGRIS PACER Fitness Center offers aerobic classes to meet the needs of each member's level of fitness. Each aerobic room contains dual balance bars, mirrored walls, hand and ankle weights, resistance bands, steps and floor mats.
 
All classes are 50 minutes in length unless otherwise indicated. Most classes are included in the fitness center membership.
