The Men’s Fit Club: Join the Resolution Revolution

On average, men in the United States die six years younger than women. Their death rates are higher for all 15 leading causes of death. Part of that is attributed to the fact that men tend to delay or avoid seeking medical attention, even when they know something could be wrong.

As we begin the new year, there’s no better time for men to take stock of their health. Resolving to be a healthier husband or father is one of the best resolutions you can make – and INTEGRIS is here to help you get started.

INTEGRIS Men’s Health University introduces a new date for the men of Oklahoma City’s diet and fitness resolution. Instead of the “standard” new year’s
resolution, we bring you our “Resolution Revolution.”

That’s right – a new men’s fitness program beginning after the holidays, and most importantly, after the Super Bowl parties.

The program will be held Monday nights, February 4 through April 7, 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., at INTEGRIS PACER Fitness Center, 5520 N. Independence. Program fee: $240. ManCard members receive a $50 discount.

The “Men’s Fit Club” is a weight-loss program geared just for men. Successful weight loss means making lifestyle changes in the way you eat and exercise. This class is a no-nonsense approach.

INTEGRIS Health Men's Fit Club The first hour focuses on a sound style of eating and is taught by a registered/licensed dietitian. Yes, men do have different nutritional needs than women. The second hour will bring you up to speed with the latest in exercise science. While physical activity is a crucial component of successful weight loss,
it’s extremely important to have a safe strategy for increasing your level of fitness.
