Support Hospice of Oklahoma County and pay tribute to a loved one this holiday season.

Your gift supporting Tree of Life Ornaments may be made in honor or memory of a loved one and, in accordance with the amount of your gift, you will receive a beautiful, handmade ceramic ornament that can be personalized with the name of your loved one.

All proceeds from the Tree of Life are used to support the programs and services provided by Hospice of Oklahoma County.

Angel ANGEL($250 or more)

• One week of skilled nursing care

• Prescription medication for one month

Snowflake SNOWFLAKE ($175 - $249)

• One month's supply of anti-nausea medications

• Hospital bed, oxygen and nebulizer for one month

Tree TREE ($100 - $174)

• Four certified home health aide visits

• Specialized air mattress to prevent skin breakdown

Dove DOVE ($50 - $99)

• Transfer board for bed-bound patient

• Physical therapy evaluation and assessment

Heart HEART ($35 - $49)

• Diapers and underpads for one week

• One week supply of nutritional supplements
