Offering encouragement and hope to heart patients, families and caregivers

Who can attend Mended Hearts and what can I expect at support group meetings?
Open-heart patients, their family members and caregivers are invited to attend this free support group. The group also welcomes patients with other types of heart disorders. During the meetings, participants will hear information on a variety of subject areas including: diet, exercise, cholesterol information, and specifics about heart disorders and other heart related issues.
