The caring doesn't stop after a patient leaves the hospital, it goes on through our rehabilitation programs, disease management clinics and support groups at the INTEGRIS Heart Hospital. The medically supervised programs at INTEGRIS Heart Hospital provide the physical and emotional support necessary to help heart patients on their way back to optimal health. In addition, our educational forums and support groups provide reassurance and comfort to our heart patients, their families and caregivers.
