About Us

INTEGRIS Mental Health, a division of INTEGRIS Health offers a complete family of services provided by highly-qualified care professionals across the lifespan.

Life is challenging and some days, you feel like you're just hanging on by your fingertips.  Coping with anxiety, depression, a family crisis or illness can prove too much to handle on your own.  INTEGRIS Mental Health is committed to helping you meet these challenges by offering a variety of treatment options, and a 24/7 crisis line to get you pointed in the right direction.

Inpatient mental health care is available within a hospital setting for people who have medical conditions at the same time they are struggling with emotional or mental health concerns.  Whether in an inpatient or outpatient setting, all INTEGRIS Mental Health programs rely on an interdisciplinary approach that includes, physicians, nursing staff, licensed mental health and substance abuse professionals, always with a focus on individualized care.

DECISIONS Mental Health & Substance Abuse Treatment Programs offer partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs for adults and adolescents.  These programs provide short term, intensive therapy options while allowing participants to stay at home, often on the job or in school.  Both day and evening programs are available.

Integrated treatment for persons with substance abuse or co-occurring disorders can also be addressed in both inpatient and partial hospitalization/intensive outpatient programs for both teens and adults.

Children & adolescents have special needs when it comes to mental health issues, and INTEGRIS Mental Health - Spencer offers both acute and residential treatment options.  Located just 15 minutes from Oklahoma City, the Spencer center offers services for children and adolescents with traditional behavioral health issues (anxiety, depression, substance abuse and family problems) as well as specialty programs for children ages five to 14 with sexual behavior  problems through our STAR Program and aggressive, at risk adolescent males ages 13 - 17 through our IMPACT Program.

Committing to the most challenging healing means giving your best effort every day - and knowing you're making a positive difference in people's lives.

INTEGRIS Mental Health programs are licensed by The Joint Commission and the Oklahoma Department of Health, as indicated.
