INTEGRIS Corporate Assistance Program (CAP) helps employees with job-related or personal problems that affect job performance.

We contract with with businesses to help employees who are struggling with job burnout, stress, marital problems, parenting concerns, alcohol or drug problems, legal concerns, problems with personal finances or other issues.  By helping employees improve their emotional and mental well being, businesses reduce costs associated with absenteeism, poor job performance, job stress, high turnover, workers' compensation and health insurance utilization.  Employee assistance programs provide a confidential setting for employees to deal with issues that are creating problems in their lives.

CAP networks with other INTEGRIS centers of excellence and can partner with other employee health/life companies to meet the individual needs of our client companies.
