ProCure Treatment Centers, Inc., is teaming with INTEGRIS Health, an Oklahoma-owned health system, to provide complementary patient care for patients at its Oklahoma ProCure Treatment Center.
The announcement comes two days after ProCure reported it had selected a six-acre site along a growing medical corridor in northwest Oklahoma City to build the $95 million, 55,000 square-foot proton therapy center.
“We are pleased to announce our partnership with INTEGRIS Health. The patients at our proton therapy center will need additional healthcare services. INTEGRIS has a proven track record of providing excellent patient care in a wide spectrum of specialties,” said Hadley Ford, ProCure's CEO.

Hupfeld, INTEGRIS Health President and CEO. “We embrace the vision of ProCure to bring affordable and accessible proton cancer technology to Oklahoma. We also support the company's innovative business model to partner with established local radiation oncologists and a local hospital system to deliver the full spectrum of cancer care to patients.” ProCure previously announced a partnership with Radiation Medicine Associates and Radiation Oncology Associates, two private practice radiation oncology physician groups in Oklahoma City.
The INTEGRIS Health partnership ensures ProCure can offer broad ancillary and integrated cancer treatment services. It will also provide proton therapy patients easy access to a continuum of cancer care and a statewide medical delivery network.
“Proton therapy is recognized as having great benefit for treatment of most solid cancer tumors. As a result, proton therapy is a critical treatment option for radiation oncologists seeking to more effectively treat patients. ProCure is bringing this advanced cancer treatment technology to complement the many other treatment options already available and accessible in this marketplace. Our partnerships with private radiation oncology physician groups and now with INTEGRIS Health will provide patients the best tools for successfully treating their cancer,” commented Dr. John Cameron, ProCure's founder.
Dr. William C. Goad, one of the co-founders of Radiation Medicine Associates said, “INTEGRIS' patient-centric focus impressed us during our discussions. They share the same mission and commitment to serve as we do and we are confident this partnership will mean access to important supportive and complementary services for the proton therapy patient.”
ProCure Treatment Centers, based in Bloomington, Indiana, provides management support and a model for the complete design, construction, operation and maintenance of proton therapy centers, in an effort to make proton therapy accessible to everyone who could benefit from the treatment.
