The Troy & Dollie Smith Cancer Center is located on the southwest side of Baptist Medical Center.

Devoted to the prevention of cancer and to high-quality care of persons with the disease, the Troy & Dollie Smith Cancer Center at INTEGRIS Baptist holds an active and progressive role as a regional leader in the field. It is accredited by the American College of Surgeons Commission on Cancer and through its affiliation with several research programs around the nation, the cancer center brings the most current treatment methods and information to Oklahomans.

Mission Statement

Troy & Dollie Smith Cancer Center promotes advancement of the health-care sciences related to the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of cancer. Emphasis is given to assisting the person experiencing cancer with rehabilitation and adaptation.

Within this framework the Troy & Dollie Smith Cancer Center is committed to:

• Promoting a superior environment at INTEGRIS Baptist Medical Center for quality, humanistic care of persons with cancer and their families.
• Providing education for health-care professionals to encompass all five components of cancer control: prevention, screening and detection, treatment and management, rehabilitation and psychosocial care.
• Providing educational programs for the public that address the five components of cancer control with emphasis on prevention, screening and detection.
• Participating in clinical research for the purpose of contributing to the body of knowledge regarding cancer causation, control and cure, and ensuring the transfer of that technology into the community setting.
• Establishing a framework of professional cooperation for the improvement of care of persons with cancer.
• Encouraging public support of a cancer center at INTEGRIS Baptist Medical Center devoted to the care of persons with cancer and their families and to the prevention and early diagnosis of cancer.
• Achieving local, regional and national recognition as a unique cancer center that provides superior clinical care, public and professional education, and an environment for research.
