Our groups use this time for continued diabetes education. This is a great opportunity to talk with others who are living with diabetes, and it’s a chance to get new information in the world of diabetes. We discuss several topics like foot care, kidney care, cooking with substitute sugars, dietary changes, exercise and much more! The support groups are free of charge, so please bring a friend!
