Our groups use this time for continued diabetes education. This is a great opportunity to talk with others who are living with diabetes, and it’s a chance to get new information in the world of diabetes. We discuss several topics like foot care, healthy eating, exercise, medications, lifestyle changes and much more! The support groups are free of charge, so please bring a friend!

We are located on the Concourse Level of the  INTEGRIS Baptist Medical Center complex.

Parking and valet service is available at the Outpatient Registration Entrance to the Main Hospital located off of Independence Avenue. Once Registration is complete you will be directed to our office. Patients must go through registration first.
