Billing Information

The INTEGRIS Anticoagulation Clinics are outpatient hospital-based clinics, and therefore, accepts all insurances accepted by the INTEGRIS hospital with which the clinic is affiliated. Billing statements are sent out monthly by the INTEGRIS billing office. Co-payments are due at time of service.
