Due to patient comments, the following changes have been made at INTEGRIS Mayes County Medical Center:

• Two Business Services employees have been added to help with the registration of outpatients which speeds up the registration process.
• The Emergency Department triage area was moved out of the registration area to a separate room, which allows for more privacy for the patients. ED staff are able to do any preliminary assessments in this new area and to let patients know how soon a doctor will be able to see them, especially during busy times.
