Due to patient comments, the following changes have been made at INTEGRIS Baptist Regional Health Center:

• Staffing was increased in the outpatient areas to accommodate later appointments.
• Families, waiting in the surgery area, now have pagers to alert them as to their family member's status.
• A treatment room for Pediatric patients, where IV's and other procedures could be started, was created. This allows the pediatric patient to feel safe.
• White boards are used in the patient rooms to ensure that patients know the names of their caregivers.
