Due to patient comments, the following changes have been made at INTEGRIS Marshall County Medical Center:

• Family members are given pagers so they can be called while waiting in the surgery area.
• A new "heat on demand" food delivery system that will ensure warm food is served to our patients.
• Individualized thermostats have been installed in each patient room.
