Changes We've Made as a Result of Patient Comments

Due to patient comments, the following changes have been made at INTEGRIS Bass Baptist Health Center:

  • An additional Admitting clerk was hired to shorten wait times during admission.
  • Computer software was modified so now a copy of test results will be sent to the patient's primary physician as well as the physician ordering the test.
  • A new cable has been installed so TV reception is much better in patient rooms.
