INTEGRIS Baptist Medical Center is committed to patient satisfaction. We have patient satisfaction teams that continually monitor patient surveys and comments. Behavioral standards have been created with our patients in mind.

We celebrate successes throughout the organization and have special monthly recognition for those nursing units that rank the highest in specific survey areas.   
   
Due to patient comments, the following changes have been made at INTEGRIS Baptist Medical Center:

• When the Comprehensive Breast Center of Oklahoma (CBCO) moved to their new location, they heard from their patients that front door parking was very important. CBCO was able to accommodate the patient’s requests by securing parking in front of the main entrance door.
• The Breast Center patients also commented, on the patient surveys, that the waiting area felt and looked too clinical. The staff redesigned and updated the area with warmer colors, fabrics and seating.
• INTEGRIS Baptist Medical Center Radiology department heard from their patients that finding their way to Radiology for outpatient procedures was difficult and confusing. Because of the comments, Radiology has opened an outpatient Radiology imaging area on the first floor, right across from the Outpatient admitting area.
• The Joint Replacement Center are committed to a personalized wellness approach with patients and their families that's centered on education. Patients and their families are educated all about joint replacement and what to expect from surgery.  Patients are treated in a personalized approach that make them feel like a person rather than a number to the staff.
