As consumers, we all expect great medical care when going to a healthcare organization. In order to evaluate the service we provide, patients are continually surveyed to find areas in which we excel as well as areas in which we need improvement. So when you come to INTEGRIS Health, know that customer service is an integral part of the care that you will receive.

INTEGRIS Health uses Press Ganey Associates to mail a satisfaction survey to patients after an experience in one of our facilities. The survey asks patients to rate their experience with the facility, from the registration process to discharge. Staff at our hospitals regularly review survey results to see what is working well and where improvement is needed.
