Pam Forducey, Ph.D., ABPP - Director

Dr. Forducey is a rehabilitation psychologist and has 19 years of clinical and administrative experience in the field of rehabilitation with a focus on working with individuals with acquired neurological conditions like stroke. She is the director of the Stroke Center of Oklahoma at INTEGRIS Southwest Medical Center provides guidance on the education, development and strategy for the Stroke Center. She also has an interest in rural outreach for extending evidence-based stroke care to Oklahoma community hospitals.
