Located on the campus of INTEGRIS Southwest Medical Center, the INTEGRIS Jim Thorpe Outpatient Rehabilitation - ISMC has two main programs:

• Orthopedic outpatient rehabilitation
• Neuro outpatient rehabilitation

Our goal at the INTEGRIS Jim Thorpe Outpatient Rehabilitation - ISMC is to provide patients with a continuum of care so they may regain independence and the skills needed to obtain their optimal level of function.

This hospitalized outpatient setting provides patients the opportunity to access a full spectrum of services in one location. Patients needing outpatient rehabilitation service include those recovering from orthopedic injury or orthopedic surgery, neurological disorders, amputation and other debilitating conditions.
