Jim Thorpe Rehabilitation Support Group meets the First Tuesday of every month from 5:30 - 7:00 p.m. This group meets in the Jones Education Room, located on the first floor in the main INTEGRIS Jim Thorpe Rehabilitation building on the NE corner of INTEGRIS Southwest Medical Center.

Returning home after rehabilitation presents many potential challenges. INTEGRIS Jim Thorpe Rehabilitation Hospital offers this rehabilitation support group to current patients, past patients and their families to address the special challenges faced when returning home after an illness or injury. This group allows for the opportunity to discuss rehabilitation issues, obtain information and education regarding your illness, injury and/or disability, and to share with others your own unique experiences during rehabilitation.
