Since February 1995, INTEGRIS Health has contracted with Press Ganey Associates, Inc., one of the most highly respected patient satisfaction benchmarking services in the health care industry. Press Ganey monitors our patient satisfaction with various aspects of the rehabilitation experience through a mailed survey. Reports come out quarterly, and the following table is an average of responses for 2006. Ninety-two percent of the responses were scored as "good" or "very good".
