MAIN ENTRANCE
The main entrance to INTEGRIS Baptist, located on the east side of the hospital off of Independence Ave., is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The Patient Registration entrance located at the southeast corner of the hospital is open from 4 a.m. to 9:30 p.m., seven days a week.

VISITING HOURS
Visiting hours are posted on each of the floors and critical care units. We recognize the positive effect that visits from family and friends can have on the healing process. If the visiting hours posted are problematic, please inform the nursing staff of your specific needs.

PARKING
Parking is available for patients, family members and guests in the east parking garages on the east side of the hospital and in the east parking lot across from Independence Ave. Complimentary valet and handicap parking are also available at each hospital entry and a limited number of recreational vehicle (RV) parking spaces are available in the east parking lot on a first-come, first-served basis. Please register your RV with the Security department at (405) 949-3425.

SAFETY AND SECURITY
For your safety, all INTEGRIS employees are required to wear nametags at all times. If you are concerned about your care during your stay, ask to speak to the nurse in charge immediately. A team manager or lead nurse is in charge at all times on your floor and will be able to assist you.

Clinical directors oversee clinical aspects of each unit including patient care. An administrative supervisor – also called a house supervisor – is on duty 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Both of these staff members can assist you, as well.

At INTEGRIS Baptist, your safety and security are top priorities. For your protection, your nurse or physician may raise your bedrails. If you need to get out of bed when the rails are up, please call the nurse for assistance.

INTEGRIS Baptist maintains a security patrol 24 hours a day, with uniformed security officers monitoring the hospital. For an escort to your vehicle, call (405) 949-3425.

Please do not bring valuables to the hospital. If you do bring a valuable item it should be deposited in the safe in the cashier’s office. Your nurse can help you with this process. You will receive a written receipt for all items placed in the hospital safe. You must present the receipt when you withdraw your items.
