To arrange for home health care, contact your physician or call our office and we will obtain a physician referral to conduct an assessment. When home care is recommended, we will work with the physician to develop an individualized plan of care that best meets each patient’s needs.
Home health care is paid for through Medicare, Medicaid, and most insurance companies.
