INTEGRIS Mayes County Medical Center provides numerous diagnostic services to assist physicians in determining the appropriate treatment for the patient.

Diagnostic Laboratories of Oklahoma operates a full-service laboratory, working with hospital personnel and local physicians to obtain specimens for analysis and diagnostic purposes.

INTEGRIS Mayes County Radiology Services include the use of X-Ray, Mammography, CT Scan, Ultrasound, MRI, and Nuclear Medicine.  In 2007, renovations to the facility allowed the hospital to bring Nuclear Medicine and MRI testing in-house and offer those tests five days a week.  Prior to that, INTEGRIS Mayes County made use of mobile units, which were available twice a week.
