Dr. Crosby has extended the hours of his office for a more convenient, patient focuses approach to health care. Dr. Crosby will be joined by nurse practicioner Mark Kennedy, ARNP, BC. Both providers are board certified and will work as a tema to provide excellent health care services.

From minor emergencies to chronic disease management, Grand Lake Family Practice provides comprehensive health care services and treatment including:

• Sprains • Physicals
• Colds • Sore Throat
• Flu • Wellness Checks
• Skin Cancer • Dermatology
• Colonoscopy • Disease Management

New patients are welcome and no appointment is necessary for acute illness or minor emergencies.

For more routine and non-urgent health care issues, regular office appointments are suggested and available Monday - Friday.
