The Volunteers at INTEGRIS Clinton Regional Hospital offer a statewide project called WHALE. “WHALE” is an acronym for “We Have A Little Emergency.” WHALE is an identification program for children under the age of four that are involved in an automobile accident. The identification helps emergency personal in the event that the driver of the vehicle is unable to assist in giving information in regards to the child. This program is now recognized and used by emergency personnel in 34 states.
To learn more about WHALE or how to become involved, please contact (580) 323-8394 or the Oklahoma Hospital Association.
