The ICanadian Valley Hospital Department of Dietary Services offers a wide range of menu items for our guests. Our department seeks not only to provide meals that are nutritionally balanced, but those that appeal to the senses of taste and sight.

Café 1201 offers delicious and nutritious food selections for breakfast, lunch and dinner to our hospital visitors. We offer daily breakfast specials that include a variety of hot and cold selections. Our daily lunch entrees include a meat selection and two vegetable selections. The grill is open during lunch and dinner to satisfy the craving for burgers and other grilled items. Under the direction of our Operations Manager and Dietary Supervisor, our staff is able to cater any hospital event. Soon, we will offer a full service salad bar.

Our department has a Licensed dietitian on staff to address the special nutritional concerns of our patients. Our dietitian consults with our physicians to develop individualized meal plans for patients with specific nutritional needs.
