November, 2006
What was once just a vision on paper, became reality on November 9, 2001 as INTEGRIS Canadian Valley Hospital brought full service health care to Mustang, Yukon, and surrounding communities. Now, five years later, those visions continue to show substantial growth and progress.
In five short years, the facility has seen more than 2,085 births; 70,230 ER visits; 9,350 surgical cases; 10,425 inpatient admits; 62,574 outpatient visits; and a medical staff roster that has grown to more than 200 physicians.
Since opening, the hospital had continued to maintain its Joint Commission Accreditation status; completed a 4-bed ICU addition; opened a new family practice clinic, surgery clinic and OB-GYN clinic; expanded radiology services to include bone density, and foremost, recognized by Solucient as a Nationally Top 100 Hospital.
“The past five years has set the ground work in motion for future growth and expansion for this facility”, states hospital president, James D. Moore. “It is also a true reflection on our ability to provide sustainable and reliable health care services to the residents of Mustang, Yukon, and the surrounding communities of western Oklahoma.”
