Blackwell Hometown Holiday, December 7

The 2008 annual Blackwell Hometown Holiday is scheduled for December 7 at the Kay Room, 300 W. Doolin. This event is co-sponsored by the INTEGRIS Blackwell Regional Hospital Volunteers and the Blackwell Chamber of Commerce.

Festivities will begin with a Holiday Luncheon from 11:30 to 1:30. The cost for the luncheon is $8 for adults and $4 for children. The Bake Sale will be held from 11:00 to 2:00. There will be casseroles, baked goods and plenty of holiday treats. To wrap up this festive event, there will be a Holiday Tour of Homes from 1:00 to 4:00. The price for this event will be $5 and will include the homes of Thomas and Ida Gilpin, Jon and Marsha Webb, Brian and Tonya Kelly and Spike and Karey Henderson.

The INTEGRIS Blackwell Volunteers run the Gift Shop at the hospital, located at 710 South 13th St. During the Hometown Holiday, the Gift Shop will be open 1:00 to 4:00 pm for holiday shopping. During the remainder of the Holiday season the Gift Shop will be open on Saturday, December 13th and 20th from 10:00 to 2:00. All proceeds from the Gift Shop go towards the INTEGRIS Blackwell Regional Hospital Foundation.
