The Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) is located in the main hospital.  It is a 16 bed unit that offers a level of care for those who still need care before being able to return to their living environment, but no longer need acute care.

The goal of the SNF unit is to assist each patient in reaching their full potential of self care and skills necessary to return to their home. 

Services include skilled nursing, physical and occupational therapy, aides to assist with care, as well as the ability to provide activities and socialization helping to improve a patient’s outlook for the future.
