INTEGRIS Bass Baptist Health Care Center uses order sets specifically developed for patients suffering from Congestive Heart Failure (CHF).These clinical pathways are in direct compliance with Centers for Medicaid and Medicare (CMS) and Joint Commission protocols. The care provided to our patients is evidence – based and has been shown in studies to improve the outcome of patients that have been diagnosed with CHF. Together, with our team of expert physicians and extensively educated nurses, we are able to maintain 100% achievement consistently in each category depicted in the graph below.
