INTEGRIS Health created the parent/subsidiary model of governance based upon its heritage and culture. INTEGRIS Bass Baptist Health Center has its own board, composed of representatives from the local community. This model was created to ensure local decision-making and to preserve the autonomy and unique characteristics of each community.
