It has been said that home is where the heart is, but living independently at home can be difficult for individuals experiencing health problems. Under the direction of a patient’s personal physician, health care in the home allows patients to recuperate from an illness, injury or surgery in the comfort and privacy of their own home.

Providing service to patients throughout northeast Oklahoma, INTEGRIS Regency Home Care services are provided under the orders of a physician. Home visits can be provided on a short or long term basis.

Services offered include:

• Skilled nursing care
• Certified home health aides
• Medical social workers
• Physical therapy
• Occupational therapy
• Speech therapy.
