Long-time INTEGRIS Nurse Gives Back

Sharon WilliamsThe Ultimate Gift… In 1962 Sharon Williams was a high school senior applying for a scholarship to the new Baptist Memorial Hospital School of Nursing. Not only did Sharon fulfill the 3 year commitment to remain at INTEGRIS Baptist after graduation, but spent the remaining years until her retirement in December 2007 as a nurse beloved by both patients and staff. Through the years Sharon has also made donations to support the hospital, especially in the area of nursing education. Nursing has been Sharon’s vocation, her avocation, and her life. She recently made a pledge of over $600,000 to fund an endowment for Nursing Education.
