Health, Life and Disability

Our flexible programs allow employees to select benefits that best meet their needs. We offer a generous package that includes medical, dental, vision, long-term disability, life insurance and personal accident insurance. INTEGRIS Health also provides employees with benefits dollars to help buy the benefits they want and the level of coverage they need. In most cases, employees pay for their portion of the benefits cost with tax-free payroll deductions.

Retirement Savings

Through the INTEGRIS Health Retirement Savings Plan, participants can save from 1% to 30% of their annual pay for retirement. INTEGRIS Health matches the contributions, adding50 cents for each dollar saved, up to the first 5% of pay. Participants can choose from a full range of investment options.

Pension

Employees who are at least 21 years of age and who work a minimum of 1,000 hours in a year are automatically eligible to participate in the pension benefit after one year of service. This plan provides a specific monthly retirement benefit for life, based on a formula. Employees become 100% vested in the retirement benefit after five years of service. INTEGRIS Health pays the full cost of the benefit.

Paid Time Off

Employees are provided with a paid personal leave account in which they can accumulate hours to use for paid time off away from work. Employees use this time for vacations, holidays, illnesses or other personal needs. Additionally, employees accumulate hours in an extended illness bank to use when they are absent from work due to illness under certain conditions.

On-Site Child Care (Metropolitan area only)

Conveniently located on the campus of INTEGRIS Baptist Medical Center and INTEGRIS Southwest Medical Center, The Children’s Place has served as the child-care center for INTEGRIS Health employees for more than 30 years. The highly qualified staff cares for children ages six weeks through kindergarten. Employees also can pay for tuition through tax-free payroll deductions. INTEGRIS Health also provides before- and after-school care, as well as a full-day summer program, through its Fun & Fit Program for elementary-aged children. A popular program in the community, Fun & Fit gives INTEGRIS Health employees priority, as well as a tuition discount.

On-Site Fitness Center (Metropolitan area only)

PACER Fitness Center in Oklahoma City is a hospital-based fitness center specializing in total fitness programs for adults of all ages and physical conditions. The center offers a complete range of group fitness classes, as well as one-on-one physical training by certified personal trainers. INTEGRIS Health pays for half of an employee’s membership fee.

Career Development Opportunities

Employees of INTEGRIS Health have access to several free continuing education courses. In addition INTEGRIS Health also offers a tuition assistance program, education loan program, adoption assistance, internships and externships, and several scholarship opportunities.
