Computer Orientation (INTEGRIS Southwest Medical Center Only)

• All documentation at ISMC is electronic
• If you wish for your students to have access to the patient electronic record and charting capabilities; they must attend a 4 hour orientation course
  • Note: Some clinical groups that are in the first stages of clinicals or coming for a short period of time may opt to not gain computer access privileges. Contact Sandy Hill to discuss
• Computer orientation must be scheduled with Sandy Hill at least 2 weeks in advance of the students’ first day on the clinical units
• If scheduling is not done in advance, Student User Access will not be available by the first day on the unit
• Training may take place at either the computer lab at ISMC (in basement, Classroom 1) or at the Brookline Training Center, Suite 875. Maps are available online.
