INTEGRIS Health is the state’s largest Oklahoma-owned health system and one of the state’s largest private employees (nearly 10,000 employees statewide), with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, physician clinics, mental health facilities, fitness centers, independent living centers and home health agencies throughout much of the state. Corporate headquarters are located on the campus of INTEGRIS Baptist Medical Center in Oklahoma City.

We are an integral part of the state of Oklahoma and we are proud of our strong roots. We’ve built our network to meet the needs of the families we serve. In fact, seven of 10 residents live within 30 miles of an INTEGRIS Health facility. With nearly 9,000 employees statewide, we are one of the largest private employers in metropolitan Oklahoma City and rank high on the list of the state’s largest employers.

Reflecting on a Proud History, Promising Future

Formed in 1995, INTEGRIS Health was the result of a merger that same year between Oklahoma Health System and Southwest Medical Center in Oklahoma City. Oklahoma Health System itself was a new organization formed one year earlier from a merger between Oklahoma Healthcare Corporation (Baptist Medical Center’s parent company) and Baptist Healthcare of Oklahoma.

The entities that make up the INTEGRIS Health system provide care in many settings, from sophisticated urban medical centers to your own home.

INTEGRIS Health is a not-for-profit corporation governed by a 13-member board of directors made up of business and community leaders from across the state. President and Chief Executive Officer Stanley F. Hupfeld leads INTEGRIS Health with the assistance of senior staff in the areas of physician services, facility operations, strategic services and finance.
