INTEGRIS Health Board Appoints Two New Directors

OKLAHOMA CITY -
The Board of Directors of INTEGRIS Health, Inc. announces the election of two new board members. Marshall Snipes was appointed July 1, 2007 and Bill Anoatubby was appointed October 1, 2007.

Marshall Snipes is the founder and chief executive officer of Claimetrics, LLC. He serves on several current boards and committees; including the Oklahoma City University School of Business Board of Directors, the Oklahoma City Chamber of Commerce Legislative Committee and the Economic Affairs Group. Snipes is a life-long resident of Oklahoma City, graduating from U.S. Grant High School and then Oklahoma State University. He is married with two grown children.

Bill Anoatubby is the Governor of the Chickasaw Nation. He has been a member of the Inter-Tribal Council of the Five Civilized Tribes since 1978; serving as president, vice president and chairman of the housing and legislative committee at various times during his tenure. Anoatubby has served on the Oklahoma Indian Affairs Commission, the Governor’s Health Care Commission and the National Congress of American Indians. He was inducted into the Oklahoma Hall of Fame in 2004 and appointed by Governor Brad Henry to the Oklahoma Health Care Authority Board of Directors.

INTEGRIS Health is the largest, Oklahoma-owned and managed health system in Oklahoma, with 13 hospitals across the state. The INTEGRIS Board is composed of community leaders and physicians throughout Oklahoma.
