December 12, 2007

OKLAHOMA CITY - C. David (Dave) Hill has been named President of INTEGRIS Seminole Medical Center in an announcement made by Karl Weinmeister, Managing Director of INTEGRIS Rural Health. Dave is currently the President of INTEGRIS Marshall County Medical Center in Madill; a post that he has held for the past four years.

According to Mr. Weinmeister, “Seminole Medical Center is the newest addition to the INTEGRIS family. We need a seasoned hospital President to oversee this operation and bring quality care to the citizens of Seminole County and the surrounding area. Dave and his team have done a good job at Marshall County and we are confident that he will do the same in Seminole.”

Prior to joining INTEGRIS in 2003, Dave was Vice-President of Administration for East Cooper Regional Medical Center in Charleston, South Carolina and CEO of Randolph County Medical Center in Pocohantas, Arkansas. In his earlier career, he spent fifteen years with Blue Cross and Blue Shield in Provider Contracting and Reimbursement.

When asked about the upcoming move, Dave responded, “I’m excited about this opportunity. INTEGRIS Seminole Medical Center is a good facility and the staff is eager to be part of the INTEGRIS system. The physicians and the community are also very supportive of INTEGRIS. I look forward to meeting the healthcare needs of the people of Seminole.”

Hill will begin his new position January 2, 2008.
