INTEGRIS Health Goes Online with United Way Campaign

OKLAHOMA CITY - INTEGRIS Health recently announced that it is beginning its annual United Way fund drive. INTEGRIS serves as a United Way Pacesetter company each year and this year Bruce Lawrence, INTEGRIS COO, is the 2007 Pacesetter chairman. INTEGRIS has set a goal of $335,000 for the campaign, which will end Aug. 3. More than 100 United Way Ambassadors will help anchor this year’s event by working with departments from INTEGRIS Baptist Medical Center, INTEGRIS Southwest Medical Center and INTEGRIS Mental Health Spencer.
Several new features will highlight this year’s campaign according to Greg Meyers, the 2007 INTEGRIS United Way campaign chairman. Employees will now have the opportunity to use the Internet to make their annual contribution. The online United Way contribution cards can be found on INTEGRIS Health’ intranet home page. Each day the names of two employees who use the online feature will be drawn randomly and they will win a Toshiba portable DVD player.
In addition, the names of all employees who donate eight or more hours of PPL will be entered into a drawing for two roundtrip airline tickets to either Las Vegas (hotel accommodations included) or Cancun.
Other prizes include free ice cream and gift certificates for INTEGRIS I-Wear, Calvert’s Plant Interiors, Caesar Florist and more.
“We are very excited about this year’s campaign, and our United Way campaign committee has worked extremely hard to make 2007 a banner year,” says Meyers.
INTEGRIS United Way committee members include Jason Eliot, campaign vice chair; Anna Stewart, campaign coordinator; and Sally Burks, Deborah Burroughs, Jack Gregg, Mary Wilson, Julia Hunt, Laurie Scott-Cox, Diana Reneau, Richie Splitt, Fraser Hay, Victor Flores and Raina Johnson.
