Hospitals play an important role in providing health care to the community. As a not-for-profit provider of hospital and health care services, INTEGRIS Health is also an irreplaceable part of our community’s economic and social fabric.
• Every day, Oklahomans seek care and services from INTEGRIS Health. Each patient’s needs are unique and can range from a routine physical, to a complicated surgery, to sophisticated testing and diagnosis to mechanical hearts, burn recovery and the latest in cancer treatment.
A work force of almost 10,000 people makes this care possible, 24-hours-a-day, seven days a week. Our team includes:
• Care givers such as doctors, nurses, therapists and technicians • Medical residents and other students of medicine, nursing and allied health professions • Support staff who provide a clean and safe environment, maintain sophisticated equipment and computer systems, ensure that our buildings function properly with heat and air conditioning, or serve tasty and nutritious food • Administrators who provide management, focusing on the effective and efficient use of resources, and on improving services.
In addition, each year thousands of our team members give back hundreds of thousands of hours of their time and talent through mentoring programs, health fairs, food for the elderly and work in the environment.
The issues facing INTEGRIS Health are the same issues facing our community. Each presents a growing challenge to our ability to care for the community and to provide all the other benefits that vibrant and growing hospitals bring to our society.
In the following pages you will have a glimpse into the dedication of this work force and how we are living our mission: To improve the health of the people and communities we serve.
Sincerely,

Stanley F. Hupfeld, FACHE President and Chief Executive Officer INTEGRIS Health
